Uniondale, New York - Duffy, Duffy & Burdo, Esqs., a Uniondale, NY-based law firm concentrating in the rights of medical malpractice victims, won an $80-million jury verdict in the case of an infant born with cerebral palsy due to the negligence of two obstetricians in 1990. The verdict, in Suffolk County Supreme Court in Riverhead, was handed down after 3 weeks of courtroom testimony and more than a day of deliberations.
