About Mr. Rafael Gil III

Rafael Gil III was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1975. He is married to the former Kimberly Phipps of Dothan and has 3 children. He graduated from AuburnUniversity with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pre-Law, with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice in 1997. He received his Juris Doctor from FaulknerUniversity, Jones School of Law in 2000. He is licensed in Alabama and the Federal Courts in the Middle District of Alabama. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Our offices have the staff and knowledge necessary to handle any case, large or small. Our offices have successfully filed thousands of chapter 13 and chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court. We are dedicated to providing professional legal representation, while providing professional customer service. Our clients cases are our number one priority. We are dedicated to working one on one with each individual client and provide that personal attention that each client deserves.
