The Filing fee or Court Costs for Bankruptcy cases are:

Chapter 7     $200.00

Chapter 13    $185.00

Chapter 11    $830.00

The range of attorney fees is from $500 for a simple Chapter 7 case to $1,500 for a more complicated Chapter 7 case.  In Chapter 13 cases, which are commonly called Debtor's Court cases, the fee is set by the Court in the confirmation order and ranges from $600.00 to $1,500.00.  In Chapter 11 cases, the fee is based upon an hourly rate and is negotiated on a case by case basis.
