Dietrich & Cuzydlo, PLLC

Firm Overview

Dietrich & Cuzydlo, PLLC, was established by Robert W. Dietrich and Charles R. Cuzydlo. The Firm has grown to include Kenneth P. Williams. The Firm was created with a commitment to serve our clients in the manner in which all clients deserve to be treated – respectfully and considerately.

The Firm is based in East Lansing, Michigan, just North of the corner of Abbott and Saginaw north of downtown. The Firm focuses primarily on Personal Injury Litigation, Corporate Litigation, and Healthcare Law. We also maintain a thriving practice in the areas of Bankruptcy, Family Law, Probate and Estate Administration, and Civil Rights, Discrimination, and Harassment. Our reputation for excellence means that lawyers we have opposed in trial refer clients to our Firm.

We maintain a state-of-the-art law office and strive to remain technologically competitive with the largest firms. Our extensive law library allows us to complete research quickly and efficiently. In addition to our professional staff, we have an extensive support staff, including an office manager and computer administrator.

We are dedicated to communicating honestly and regularly with our clients. Our approach focuses on each client’s background, needs, and, most importantly, goals. We speak in plain English and relate to our clients as equals and co-partners. Many of our clients come to us after being represented by a larger firm seeking the personal attention they could not find at a large office. Our team takes pride in making sure every client knows how important they are to us.

In addition to our empathy and respect for our clients, we also take great pride in our attorneys’ reputation as aggressive litigators.

We are most proud of the fact that we have many happy and satisfied clients who return to us and refer their family and friends. Satisfied clients who return to us for later cases prove that we have been successful
