Morgan Carroll is a 2nd generation Colorado native, has served in the Colorado legislature since 2005, and also currently serves as the Majority Leader of the Colorado State Senate. Morgan is also the author of the book Take Back Your Government: A Citizen's Guide To Grassroots Change. She graduated from CU Law in 2000 as Class President and received her undergraduate degree from CU Denver in Psychology, as the outstanding graduating senior.
Her personal time is spent advocating for social justices causes, gardening, swimming, horseback riding and doing home improvement.
