He also maintains an active membership in a number of professional organizations, including the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association; the Denton County Criminal Bar Association, of which he is a past President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer; Denton County Bar Association (Past Secretary/Treasurer and Board Member); and the College of the State Bar of Texas.
