The services offered by the firm focus on both tax law and trusts and estates.

In the area of tax law, as described above, the firm represents its clients in tax-controversy and collection matters (including innocent spouse matters), and it works both with its taxable and tax-exempt clients and with corporate, international, real estate and probate attorneys relating to the tax aspects of clients' transactions.

In the trusts and estates area, Jane handles wealth and estate planning and estate administration, in order to assist her clients in distributing their property while, at the same time, minimizing the payment of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes. These services include: Counseling clients as to how to transfer their property in an orderly and efficient manner to their intended beneficiaries either during lifetime or at death, with a minimum tax charge; representing clients' estates upon their deaths; the preparation of powers of attorney and health care directives; and estate planning for non-U.S. citizens and non-domiciliaries of the United States.
