The Law Offices of David Seidman, P.C. also represents many clients who are refinancing their properties.  In some situations, the client may have obtained a lender based outside of  Connecticut.  This office is able to accommodate the client by representing that lender as well as the client for a reduced fee.  We also obtain discounted rates on title insurance when appropriate.

PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING SLIP AND FALL, AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENTS, MEDICAL MALPRACTICE, AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We represent clients in personal injury cases on a contingency basis, which means that we take a percentage of the monetary amount we obntain whether through a settlement or verdict.  We do not charge attorneys fees, unless we recover monetary damages in terms of a settlement or verdict.  We negotiate with claims adjusters regularly; however, if we cannot obtain an acceptable settlement we will file a lawsuit against the negligent party.
