SCOPE OF PRACTICE:

David Kane's current scope of practice includes counseling clients in the areas of General Civil and Business Litigation and Family Law. He manages an active case load with regular bench and jury trials. He advocates cases for plaintiffs and defendants, as well as handling an active Family Law practice.

Mr. Kane is General Counsel for a beef, slaughter and packing company with over 750 employees, noted as the 8th largest beef slaughter and packing concern in the World. His General Counsel responsibilities include general transactional work, handling all employment related concerns regarding ADA compliance, EEOC compliance and managing all additional legal matters including managing the litigation of the business both in house and with outside counsel.

In addition, Mr. Kane is actively retained as General Counsel for an aluminum extruding company, which manufactures windows for various US Government and private commercial builders.

Finally, Mr. Kane advises clients on entity formation including joint ventures, limited partnership and limited liability companies together with assisting in general corporate maintenance and dissolving and winding up business affairs.
