Davenport, Files & Kelly was founded in the early 1950's by Thomas W. Davenport (Deceased 1962). The firm's practice is predominantly in defense litigation but also encompasses corporate, real estate, contract, estate planning, probate and criminal law. Currently comprised of ten attorneys, the firm is dedicated to providing full service to a growing clientele, and plans for steady but stable expansion are underway.
