	Daniel, Allgood & Lowe is the successor firm of Allgood & Daniel which was established in 1988. In 1995, Robert L. Allgood was appointed to the Superior Court bench and the firm continued under the name of Daniel & Lowe. In July, 2003, Mr. Allgood retired from the bench and returned to the firm. From its initial inception, the firm of Daniel, Allgood & Lowe has engaged in the general practice of law with a special emphasis in the area of civil litigation.
