Daniel, Allgood & Lowe is the successor firm of Allgood & Daniel which was established in 1988. In 1995, Robert L. Allgood was appointed to the Superior Court bench and the firm continued under the name of Daniel & Lowe. In July, 2003, Mr. Allgood retired from the bench and returned to the firm. From its initial inception, the firm of Daniel, Allgood & Lowe has engaged in the general practice of law with a special emphasis in the area of civil litigation. It's goal has always been to provide the most efficient and highest quality legal representation available. The firm remains small in order to better provide one on one services to clients. The firm has a diversified civil litigation practice, representing a broad spectrum of clients, including hospitals, banks, small businesses and individuals.
