He was admitted to practice in the same year, in both State and Federal Courts.

Over ten years ago on CBS 60 Minutes with Ed Bradley, Mr. Algorri took the lead in exposing catastrophic car seat back failures that were killing and maiming vehicle occupants in low speed accidents. The piece confirmed that car makers knew of the problem, yet refused to correct it, and further revealed that the car makers consequently created ?junk science? to justify the defects during litigation. That case and others focused attention for the need for more stringent automotive safety standards, some that are now finally being addressed.

Mr. Algorri is currently active in representing plaintiffs in complex tire cases, motor vehicle defect cases, insurance bad faith case and substantial injury and wrongful death matters. He also represents clients in professional malpractice cases and unfair business practice claims.
