Davids & Schlesinger was founded in March of 1998 by Ronald Davids and Thomas Schlesinger. Before founding the firm, Mr. Davids and Mr. Schlesinger had spent their careers at larger lawfirms handling civil litigation matters, primarily in the areas of product liability, premises liability, employment, construction, general negligence and insurance claims. Davids & Schlesinger has continued the representation of companies and individuals in these areas as well as in a variety of business matters including the negotiating and drafting of contracts and employee agreements as well as offering general advice on specific business issues.
