At the Law Offices of Cynthia E. Call, P.C., it is my goal to learn and understand my clients' needs and the external factors affecting them so that I can professionally and aggressively represent them throughout the legal process. My practice focuses primarily on business-related law and litigation.

I graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1994 and have been licensed to practice law in Georgia since October, 1994.  I have served as lead counsel in more than 150 motion hearings, mediations, bench and jury trials including a variety of complex business matters. The verdict in my first jury trial resulted in a recovery for my client in the amount of $196,000.00  after the judgment was appealed and the Georgia Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment.  The appellate court also granted my motion for sanctions against opposing counsel for frivolous appeal in this reported case:  Self v. Hall, 503 S.E. 2d 918 (1998).

With a B.A. in English with High Honors from the University of Arkansas, and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University, I communicate clearly my client's position in required legal documents, in correspondence, and in court proceedings.  It is my goal to make legal procedures understandable to my clients, thereby enabling them to make well-informed decisions for themselves.  My approach provides a personalized attorney-client relationship based on each client's unique concerns.  Legal strategy is tailored to each client's needs.

I strive to provide prompt personal service and quality legal representation as well as a staff of well-trained and courteous assistants.  For instance, our office policy requires that all telephone calls be returned by myself or my staff within 24 hours.

I have also been admitted to practice in all Superior Courts and all inferior courts in the State of Georgia; Georgia Court of Appeals; U.S. District Court, Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia.  I am a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, and the Western Circuit Bar Association.
