Cuccio and Cuccio was organized in 1982 and is the successor of Calissi, Gelman & Cuccio of which two of the founding partners, Guy W. Calissi and George B. Gelman became judges of the New Jersey State Superior Court. Frank J Cuccio, one of the original founding members, passed away in 2002. Emil S. Cuccio is the current principal of the law firm and also an adjunct professor of law at local universities. |
