Attorney Whalley handled an injury claim I had in Arizona and I received more money than I expected , and much more (tax-free!) than the insurance company wanted to pay, and in relatively short order. Even though I was out west, Attorney Whalley was able to successfully represent me due to his outstanding credentials. He practices all over the United States! His staff kept me in the loop the whole time and Attorney Whalley got me a settlement in a complex case that no one else would bother with. Hope I never need him again but recommend him to anyone who wants straight talk and results!

Marshall recently help us settle with an insurance company for a personal injury case. Based on local feedback and references, we met with Marshall. And I'm telling you LOTS of local references. His ability to understand the case and communicate clearly to us was the determining factor in our decision to choose Marshall Whalley. Most importantly Marshall negotiated the case and we received more money from the insurance company than we ever thought we could win. If you need an attorney, I'm sorry. We all end up here at some point. Marshall will not let you down. He truly cared for us and your could tell he was working insanely hard to get us as much compensation as possible.
