Jonathan R. Hamby graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Recording Industry Management and worked in Nashville as a recording engineer and musician. He graduated in the top 25% of his class at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree as well as a Dean's Scholar Award and CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Family Law and Federal Criminal Law. He interned at the Office of the State Attorney for the 7th Judicial District of Florida from 2011 to 2012 where he directly assisted the Assistant State Attorney for the Criminal Juvenile division.Jonathan is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and is the current Treasurer for the Cumberland County Bar Association. He currently practices in many areas of law, including appeals and litigation.

Hired Attorney Jonathan R. Hamby

Jonathan Hamby has been amazing to work with. Not only did he help my father with his Will and Estate Planning, he has went above and beyond now that my dad has passed away to help me as the executor of my father's estate. He is extremely knowledgeable and very caring. He also is very considerate of his clients time so you can definitely except a response in a timely matter. I highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney Jonathan R. Hamby

Mr. Hamby and his team successfully represented me in a Civil Summons where I was named as an heir in a timeshare suit. Mr. Hamby was able to close this issue without my physical presence, as I reside outside the State of Tennessee. This alone saved me a substantial amount of time and funds. Mr Hamby and his team were professional, personable and timely throughout the process and their service was provided at an excellent value. I highly recommend Mr. Hamby and his team.
