Fees

Many clients are concerned about the cost of quality legal representation. The following are estimates of fees for various services.

General Sessions Court

Preliminary Hearing – $2,500 due before hearing.

Criminal Information – $2,500 due before hearing.

Misdemeanor Trial – $2,500 due before hearing.

State Criminal Court

Discussion Process – To be determined based on individual case. Average Minimum is $7.500.00 per Indictment, due before first court date.

Suspended Sentences – $2,500 due before motion is filed.

Probation Violation – $2,500 due before hearing.

Jury Trial – To be determined based on individual case.

Circuit Court

Divorce and Child Custody Proceedings – $2,500 minimum.

Federal Criminal Court

To be determined based on individual case. Usually starting at $15,000 with an average price of $25,000.00.

Hourly Rate

Attorney time is billed at $250.00 per hour.

Legal Assistant time is billed at $50.00 per hour.

*All payments are Non-refundable Retainers unless otherwise noted.
