Patricia M. Samuels practices general civil law.  Her areas of focus include wills and estates, family law, and educational issues.  Ms. Samuels is admitted to the Bar in the states of Nebraska and Wyoming.  Ms. Samuels received her J.D. from the University of Wyoming where she gained appellate experience as a Prosecutor Assistant and interned with Chief Justice C. Stuart Brown of the Wyoming Supreme Court.  While in Wyoming, Ms. Samuels was on the staff of the Attorney General's office as an Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Employment.  Ms. Samuels received her B.S. from the University of Nebraska.  Her experience in the education field includes teaching positions in both the secondary and post-secondary levels.

Ms. Samuels is a member of the boards of the Norfolk Community Health Care Clinic and CASA of Northeast Nebraska, having previously volunteered as an advocate for children in abuse and neglect situations.  She also devotes time assisting women in need obtain financing for post-secondary education.
