    Numerous errors from office staff; Appointments missed by attorney, that were requested and scheduled by attorney and confirmed by client on the day of the appointment. Slow to act on anything, except the retainer agreement. Receptionist always states that the attorney is not available even for scheduled phone conference. No customer service. Only game in town for federal comp, but laughable on product, process and competency.
