Mr. Patrick Francis Gaffney

Mr. Gaffney and his assistant Denise both helped me navigate a divorce that, among other things, involved recent hurricane damage and ongoing repairs. It was important to me to find an attorney who I felt comfortable working with and who was not simply transacting and going through the motions. From start to finish, I felt comfortable and confident knowing he knew my situation well, provided strong guidance, and helped me to maintain my peace throughout what is typically assumed to be a stressful process. They were incredibly fair and considerate. I am grateful for their services and based on my experience, I highly recommend Mr. Gaffney.

He was extremely attentive to our needs, provided us with information that put us at great ease, and did a great job at fulfilling all of our concerns. Mr. Gaffney handled my dissolution of marriage with great care and knowledge. He and his office were always responsive to my questions, and I felt well represented. Even though this was not a court litigation , Mr. Gaffney always treated me with respect and courtesy.

I was referred to Peacock, Gaffney & Damianakis by the Clearwater Bar Association, expecting a professional and respectful consultation. Instead, I encountered arrogance, condescension, and an overall dismissive attitude. During our initial meeting, he not only talked down to me but made an insulting remark I'm a liaimplying that I “don’t have the kind of money he needs to put on his ties for me and pay for his son’s education.” This comment was both unethical and inappropriate, especially in a professional legal setting. Additionally, given the apparent cultural and language barrier, it became clear that he did not fully understand or relate to basic American expressions or everyday concerns, which raises serious questions about how he would represent someone effectively in real-world situations. In short: this is not someone I would entrust with my case or recommend to others. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for competent, respectful, and culturally aware legal representation.

Went in for a consultation with my gf to assist her custody matters, yes she was very unhappy with the service as well. I paid $350 expecting to get more information than a Free consultation, needless to say it was a waste. We got better consultation from lawyers that offered a free consultations, this one will just rob you. This individual was unprofessional, and rude chastising both of us. I'm not one to typically leave reviews but this was so profound it is necessary.
