The firm employs 10 support personnel, including 2 full time paralegals. The firm emphasizes its practice in trial advocacy, construction law, insurance defense, worker's compensation defense, commercial law, wills and estates, banking and real estate.<p>Magnolia Street Title was formed in 1996 by the partners of Cashe Coudrain & Sandage (formerly Cashe Lewis Moody & Coudrain) to serve the lenders, brokers, realtors and builders in Tangipahoa, Livingston, St. Tammany and surrounding parishes. In 2002, Magnolia Street Title began operating as a full service title company to provide a full range of real estate services, including commercial, residential, development closings and builder/contractor services.
