Clark & Towne, P.C. was first incorporated by David Clark in 1991 as a general practice firm. In 1995, Jessica Towne left her position as a DUI prosecutor in Gwinnett County to join the firm.

We currently specialize in contested criminal cases, primarily DUI defense.

Attorney Jack Harrell began with the firm in 1998, handling civil matters. Attorney Wystan Getz began with the firm in 2000, and specializes in aggressive DUI defense. Associate Attorney Richard T. Ryczek, Jr. began with the firm in 2001, Criminal trial attorney specializing in defense of DUI cases.
