Other recent transactions include public offerings of common stock, secured and unsecured senior debt, and unsecured junior subordinated debt. He also has represented issuers in connection with debt exchanges and tender and consent solicitations. Representative clients include Enable Midstream Partners, LG&E and KU Energy, NorthWestern Corporation, OGE Energy Corp., Xcel Energy, and their respective subsidiaries.
