Our state of the art technology and organizational structure allows us to customize our collection strategies to meet the needs of each of our clients. We have an experienced group of paralegals/collectors who are not only trained to comply with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, but are also well-versed in various areas of the law, such as automobile deficiency work, credit card accounts, secured transactions and breach of contract.|
Our firm has received multiple awards from various national clients, including an award for having achieved the highest average three year liquidation among approximately one hundred law firms throughout the United States, various partnership awards as well as an award recognizing the firm’s efficiency for processing new files and proceeding with litigation. Most recently, our firm received the 2009 Community Service Award at the 2009 NARCA Conference. This award is given to one firm on an annual basis.
It is our belief that we can achieve similar success for any creditor that allows us the opportunity to assist with its New Jersey recoveries.
