He also has significant experience in the handling of disputes involving independent contractors. Bill provides practical advice to clients in matters involving employment discrimination and retaliation and works with employers in addressing their obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and the laws applicable to government contractors.

Bill understands his clients' businesses and uses his experience to assist them in making difficult employment and policy decisions. Bill is committed to excellence and to client service.
