Caroline earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Portland State University and her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. She is a member of the Debtor-Creditor Section of the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Chapter of Women Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Oregon Pro Bono Bankruptcy Clinic. She has served on the Professionalism Committee and co-authored the Exemptions section of the Bankruptcy Law CLE(Continuing Legal Education) for the Oregon State Bar. Recently she was also a faculty member of a seminar on bankruptcy and foreclosures sponsored by the National Business Institute.

Caroline has been involved with bankruptcy law since 1982 and a practitioner since 1991. She thoroughly enjoys her practice and strives to provide quality service at a reasonable price.
