My wife employed Mr. Yates in our divorce. Since it would be uncontested I did not engage an attorney but Ted thoroughly explained the process and the ramifications to me. I couldn't have been happier with him under the circumstances. I engaged him to set up an irrevocable trust, a power of attorney and a power of attorney for medical issues.
