We have extensive experience in our areas of concentration. We prosecute and defend breach of fiduciary duty and other claims against executors and trustees; represent beneficiaries and administrators in will contest cases involving undue influence and lack of capacity; and handle other controversies arising out of the administration of trusts and estates. We prosecute and defend business cases of all types, including cases involving minority shareholder rights, breach of contract, employment, UCC claims, real estate transactions, and fraud and other business torts. We also handle divorce and other domestic litigation, with an emphasis on high-asset cases. We have broad trial and appellate experience in all state and federal courts in Georgia.

Many of our clients come to us after a specific event, such as a death in the family, the breakdown of a business relationship, or a failed marriage, which requires the client to divide assets and income with other parties. Our goal is to use our negotiation, litigation, and trial practice skills to get the client through the transition, while recovering or preserving as much of the client's assets and income as possible. We also work closely with outside consultants, such as accountants, appraisers, and  professional fiduciaries, to accomplish our clients' objectives.
