Toby Byrd has been in the private, general practice of law in Bowie, MD, since 1992, emphasizing Construction Law, Business Law, Family Law, Personal Injury Law and Bankruptcy Law. Jacqueline Byrd joined the firm in 1999, adding her expertise in Elder Law. She is currently recording secretary of the Maryland/DC chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
