Toby N. Byrd, a Civil Engineer and previous construction general contractor, focuses on the area of construction contacts and business law. His twenty years of experience as a builder make him uniquely qualified in these fields. Additionally, Mr. Byrd is a skilled practitioner in the areas of contract law, personal injury, bankruptcy, probate and property issues. Mr. Byrd is a Deacon at Grace Baptist Church in Bowie and is Chairman of the Board of Grace Christian School.

Jacqueline D. Byrd worked on Capitol Hill for the House of Representatives more than twenty-five years and began law school in the fall of 1995. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and focuses her practice in the area of Elder Law, including wills, powers of attorney, trusts, Medicaid, Social Security issues and asset preservation. Mrs. Byrd is a public speaker, and enjoys giving informational lectures to community organizations regarding her areas of expertise.
