Before starting his own office, Bryan Brice clerked at the North Carolina Supreme Court under Justice Webb, was a staff attorney with the United States Environmental Protection Agency and worked in the North Carolina Attorney General's Office.

In 1999, Bryan started his own office in downtown Raleigh focusing on Environmental Law, Condemnation, Criminal and Personal Injury Law. Since that time his case load has more than tripled in size, growing steadily each year.

In 2002, Bryan hired Ms. Heather Spurlock as an associate in the law office to support his growing environmental and real estate clients.

Mr. Brice and Ms. Spurlock are members of the North Carolina State Bar, the American Bar Association, as well as Wake County's Bar Association. Bryan and Heather are active members of the ABA and the Wake County Bar Association's environmental sections.
