Along with a full time legal practice, Mr. Ponzini has been politically active and has served on the Board of Representatives of the City of Stamford.. He has also served as a Delegate to the Connecticut Bar Association and as a Member of several key Committees. Mr. Ponzini served as Vice-Chairman of the Fiscal Committee of the Board of Repreentatives. He was a Delegate to the Connecticut Bar Association as well as a member of the Executive Committee of the Criminal Justice Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. Throughout his youth he participated in volunteer Community theater arts organizations primarily in Stamford and New Canaan Connecticut. He was also a Y.M.C.A. Junior Leader. Mr. Ponzini has a passionate interest in the theater and the arts generally and received a full Theater scholarship to Catawba College in Salisbury North Carolina (site of North Carolina Center for Performing Arts, where he won the Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor Award). He continues to contribute to the theater today both professionally and non-professionally. He has also performed volunteer work for several political campaigns. Most importantly, Mr. Ponzini is a proud husband and father and continues to try and help in his community.
