The Superior Court Regional Family Docket ruled in favor of Mr. Ponzini's client (a father in a custody dispute) and awarded the father residential custody for the purpose of making decisions regarding schooling. The Court also ordered the mother to pay Mr Ponzini's client child support.

Attorney Brandner recently won a Court case involving a residential real estate matter. His clients purchased a home which later turned ot to have numerous problems. (CHRIS PLEASE CONFIRM THESE FACTS WITH GEOFFREY).

In an elder law matter, Mr. Ponzini successfully drafted a Supplemental Needs Trust and transferred into the Trust substantial assets enabling his client to obtain Medicaid. The Trust was reviewed by the Attorney General's Office and found to be legally sound.
