Boswell & Dunlap, LLP is one of Florida's oldest legal associations. The Boswell firm was established in 1900 and has continuously engaged in the practice of law in Bartow and Polk County since that time. The Dunlap firm traces its roots to 1953, and the two firms merged their practices to form Boswell & Dunlap, LLP in 1998. The firm represents individuals, businesses and public agencies in all types of personal and business transactions and litigation.
