Minneapolis via northbound 35W: Exit on Eleventh Street South, proceed to Marquette Avenue, make a right turn, proceed to our building which is just past the light rail line on Fifth Street South, make a right turn into our underground parking area. In the alternative, you may make a right turn onto Fourth Street South, and another right turn onto Second Avenue South, and a right turn into our underground parking area.

Minneapolis via southbound 35W: Due to the 35 Bridge collapse, follow the detour via Highway 280, then proceed using directions via eastbound 94. In the alternative, follow 35W to the 4th Street SE/University Avenue exit, make a right onto 4th Street SE, proceed to Central Avenue, make a left turn onto Central Avenue and proceed into downtown using directions via Central Avenue.

Minneapolis via Central Avenue: Proceed into downtown on Central Avenue via the Third Avenue bridge, make a right at 1st street South, then a left at Second Avenue, proceed to halfway between Fourth Street South and Fifth Street South, and make a right turn into our underground parking area. In the alternative, you may make a right turn onto Fifth Street, and another right turn onto Marquette Avenue, and a right turn into our underground parking area to enter from the opposite side of the building.

Minneapolis via eastbound 394: Exit on 4th Street, continue on 4th Street to Second Avenue South, make a right turn on Second Avenue South, proceed halfway up the block to Fifth Street South, make a right turn into our underground parking area. In the alternative, you may make a right turn onto Fifth Street, and another right turn onto Marquette Avenue, and a right turn into our underground parking area to enter from the opposite side of the building.
