The Law Firm of Phyllis E. Boltax opened in September, 1990, in Montpelier, Vermont. Initially specializing in criminal defense, Attorney Boltax later branched out to family law, social security disability, personal injury, wills and real estate. When the Family Court relocated to Barre, Vermont, Attorney Boltax moved her office to Barre.

Patrice Alexander, legal assistant, has degrees in accounting and paralegal studies and has been with the firm since August, 2000.
