Ken Bogdan and Kelly Mulligan have a combined 14 years of legal experience, providing competent, compassionate and thorough representation to our clients.  Both Mr. Bogdan and Ms. Mulligan have been a part of the Harford County community for more than a decade. 

            Baltimore Area

In addition, Mr. Bogdan continues to maintain strong contact with clients in eastern Baltimore County and in Baltimore City.  In fact, Bogdan & Mulligan, LLC have maintained a satellite office in the neighborhood of Canton in Baltimore City as a convenience to clients living and/or working in Baltimore County or Baltimore City. 

            Cecil County

Our Cecil County practice continues to make-up a growing percentage of our clientele.  As a result, we are playing a greater role in this County and have provided a successful alternative to the small legal services community available locally.

            Florida

There is a growing section of our community with ties as snowbirds or as vacationers to the State of Florida.  Ms. Mulligan has been a member of the Florida Bar and license to practice law in that State since 1998.  Bogdan & Mulligan, LLC offers a broad range of practice areas for clients requiring help with Florida legal issues, and Ms. Mulligan continues to maintain numerous contacts with a network of attorneys in Florida to assist in these circumstances.
