Joel has represented my interests in multi-million dollar litigation for several decades. Joel is brilliant and thorough. He is a no-nonsense guy, He does not over (or under) promise and he does not over charge for his services. He calls it like he sees it. He commands respect and trust from opposing counsel, Judges and juries, which means he is able to conduct effective negotiations and, in the event negotiations fail, he is a formidable litigator.
