Page, Mannino, Peresich & McDermott is one of the oldest and most respected law firms in Mississippi. Two of the founding members have been in active practice for more than 50 years. The firm was established in Biloxi in 1971 by Lyle M. Page, Frederick J. Mannino, and Ronald G. Peresich. The firm name changed to its current one in the late 1980s with the addition of Michael B. McDermott, PLLC as a named member.

Many of the firm's attorneys have represented a number of insurance companies, financial institutions, and both large and small companies in a wide variety of litigation. Additionally, the firm has a support staff of 10 working exclusively on real estate and commercial matters, giving it one of the largest Real Estate and Commercial Law Practice sections across South Mississippi. There are seven attorneys who have worked on some manner of real estate purchase, sale, or easements.

Moreover, Page, Mannino can provide a wealth of other public sector legal services, with a member of the firm having served as City Attorney for the City of Biloxi and having represented various other public bodies, including the Biloxi Planning Commission; the Greater Biloxi Economic Development Foundation; the Biloxi Regional Medical Center, Inc.; and the City of Biloxi Civil Service Commission; the City of Gulfport, Mississippi; the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; Harrison County, Mississippi; the Diamondhead Water and Sewer District of the State of Mississippi; the Mississippi Institution of Higher Learning; and several State Agencies and Departments.

Page, Mannino also enjoys a state-of-the-art Information and Technology Systems infrastructure that enables its attorneys to access the firm's networks remotely. All the resources that are available internally on the firm's networks can be made available to approved users via the use of a VPN. Access can be given on a per application basis or with full access to all resources. The firm's high speed VPN has a dedicated internet connection that allows for secure access, and all computers are secured with Symantec Corporate Anti-virus, ensuring that the network stays virus and spy-ware free at all times. In addition, the firm's files are maintained manually and electronically, and the network is backed-up in a secure method on a regular basis, thereby ensuring that client documents and materials are available with limited interruption in the event a storm or other occurrence disrupts normal operations.
