Beth Toft, Receptionist Beth Toft is the first voice you will hear when you call the law office. She answers the phone and takes care of many of the office clerical duties, including serving as liaison to outside vendors and service providers. She earned her Associate?s Degree in Drafting from ITT Technical Institute in Portland. In her free time, Toft writes short stories and poetry.

Reba Kuske, Legal Assistant Reba Kuske and Larry Baron first met while both were working for the legendary Portland law firm Pozzi Wilson Atchison. Reba joined Larry's staff in the summer of 2003. She has over 20 years experience as a legal assistant including four years with Nike's legal and sports marketing department. Reba is a member of the Oregon Legal Assistants Association, the Portland Legal Secretaries and Legal Assistants Association and the Multnomah County Legal Secretaries Association. Reba is a certified notary public. She earned her legal secretary's degree at Linn Benton Community College in Albany, Oregon. Her favorite pastimes are swimming and tennis. Dejene Taye, Paralegal Dejene Taye began working with Larry Baron in May 2000. He performs much of the research needed to prepare cases. Dejene is a native of Bombay, India, and has roots in Ethiopia. He graduated from Portland State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice. His pastimes include song writing short story composition, basketball and outdoor recreation, including rafting, hiking and snowboarding. Ellen D. Taussig Conaty, Attorney
Ellen Taussig Conaty came to work for Larry Baron following a clerkship with Hon. Ellen F. Rosenblum, Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge. Ellen was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in October 2001. She earned her JD from the University of Oregon Law School, May 2001, where she helped edit the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John?s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Ellen is a former wilderness instructor and was a competitive cyclist from 1982-1990.
