Andre' M. Toffel, P.C. was started by Andre' M. Toffel in June of 1997 as a professional law firm specializing in all areas of bankruptcy law, including both debtor and creditor litigation. Andre' has been practicing law for over twenty years, and is one of only four Chapter 7 trustees in the City of Birmingham. His experience and expertise in bankruptcy law provide a solid foundation for the rest of the firm to follow. Steve Altmann has been working with Andre' since 1992 and became partner in September of 2000. We are a team of three attorneys who, along with our support staff, are dedicated to helping our clients achieve the financial goals they desire.
