Consumer collection suits, under $5,000: $600.00
Wage garnishments: $500.00
Bank Account garnishments: $400.00
All Collection suits over $5,000: $1,000.00*
Consumer Debtor Bankruptcy: $750.00
Creditor Rights enforcement:
>adversary Proceedings $750.00
>proof of claims $100.00
>attend Tampa creditor mtg $125.00

NOTE: the above is a sample of rates for standard, uncontested suits. The above is without adding court costs which must be added to the above.
NOTE: if any of the above types of suits are contested, in addition to the above rates, an hourly fee of $250.00 for every hour or fraction thereof will be charged.
