If you have been stopped in your motor vehicle by a Police Officer you can assume that the stop is being video recorded .

If you have been stopped and you know you have been drinking you should uunderstand that you DO NOT have to answer any questions other than your name, date of birth, address and show proof of driver's license and liability insurance.
