As practicing attorney for 27 years and part time judge for 2 years, I am consistently embarrassed for the legal profession when intereacting with Mr. Frails. When on the opposing side of Mr. Frails, he is often ill prepared and provides poor representation of his clients.

This attorney consistently makes mistakes in all areas of his practice. His closing documents are sloppy at best and as the attorney for a local bank, I have firsthand knowledge. His pleadings are poorly drafted and he often withdraws as counsel after getting a retainer and doing little work on the file. His ethical standards are non-existent. Again, I have personal knowledge that while an associate with a local firm, Mr. Frails had clients that he kept off the books of the law firm.
