FILE CLAIMS- We will file your claims with the insurance carriers and handle all subsequent communications (written correspondence and telephone contacts) with the carriers on your behalf.

REPAIR OF YOUR VEHICLE- In auto accident cases, we will help you in dealing with the carrier in the repair of your vehicle, necesary supplemental repairs and negotiating your depreciation claim. When your vehicle is a total loss, we will help negotiate and make sure the carrier is paying you full value for your vehicle

We charge a contigent fee for our legal services. This means that we are paid when we make a monetary recovery for our clients.

Our typical contingent fee varies between 25% and 35% depending on the type of case, liklihood of winning and the injuries involved. The fee arrangement is discussed and agreed upon with our clients at the intial interview.
