Gary Alembik was exactly what I needed to help me navigate the difficulties and complications of my divorce. His legal experience and objective demeanor allowed me to have confidence that he was working in my best interest.
I am so very thankful to have met Gary and appreciative of the approach that he uses to navigate very difficult discussions. Gary Alembik has a mastery of Family Law from his time as a judge and utilizes this to help all sides drive to a resolution. He is thoughtful about his recommendations and diligent in his preperation. He makes you feel like you are his only client and when he is engaged you have his full attention. He is well respected by his peers and I think that benefits clients when he represents them. Thank-you for helping me through such a challenging time. I highly recommend Gary Alembik and appreciate him as a incredible lawyer but even a better human being.
Gary is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with Georgia law and case presidence. He truly gets to know and understand your case and provides the best path for your desired outcome.
Gary Alembik is a phenomenal attorney. Not only is he highly intelligent, but also kind, caring, and fair. He is always available to answer any questions and concerns and explains everything as it relates to your case. I would highly recommend him!
Gary is an outstanding attorney. He is very knowledgeable about Family Law. During my divorce, Gary was very responsive, he always knew what approach to use with me. Gary made sure documents were correct and completed in a timely manner. In the beginning of the divorce, I was confused and didn't really know what to do, but Gary made this frightening situation into a calm and relaxing ordeal. He not only represented me, but he truly cared about my well being. I would highly recommend Gary!!!
The five-star ratings address the technicalities, here's what all the 5-for-5 clicks won't tell you: Gary is CALM. As much as I needed and appreciated his experience and knowledge, it was his calm approach that brought the greatest value. Legal situations are intimidating at best and terrifying at worst. It is so easy to lose sight of the individual parts while you're fearfully spiraling down a rabbit hole of the unknown. Gary's intellect and calm zap out the fear then seal the rabbit hole.
Where do I begin? I can't say anything but wonderful things about Gary. I went in to see Gary for a consultation when I was going through a divorce with my spouse. I was very impressed by him from the very beginning. Gary is very knowledgeable of the law. He doesn't push you into doing anything that you don't want to do, but he gives you options. Most Attorneys are very busy and so was Gary, but that never stopped him from returning a phone call or an email in a very timely fashion.
Gary is honest, knowledgeable, ethical, and caring. He has an excellent understanding of the law, is precise, detail oriented, thoroughly prepared with all documentation well in advance of any hearings or mediations so there are no surprises, genuinely cares about his clients, and truly goes above and beyond. He is also extremely reliable and has excellent communication and response time.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
