Adam's fee scale is among the most progressive in the country. For "attorney work," he charges a competitive rate. For reports/status letters and calls, or other items related to a case or the practice of law, he bills less. For travel time, or other activities only tangentially related to the practice of law, he bills even less.

NO SURPRISES

As soon as a case hits the door, Adam will privide an initial evaluation based on all known facts. As the cases progress, he continually evaluated each claim to determine if settlement is a viable option or if trial is required. If settlement is made on the courthouse steps, it is because the other side folded.
