Susan Vogel Saladoff of the Ashland law firm of Davis, Gilstrap, Hearn, Saladoff & Smith recently was voted president-elect of the non-profit Trial Lawyers for Public Justice Foundation Board of Directors at the organization's membership meeting in Chicago. Trial Lawyers for Public Justice uses a network of lawyers throughout the country to pursue precedent-setting and socially significant litigation covering environmental protection, consumer rights, worker safety, civil rights and other issues.

"Susan is one of our nation's most dedicated advocates of public justice," said outgoing President Nicole Shultheis of Baltimore, Maryland. "We are honored to have such a distinguished leader of our board."

Saladoff is an active member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her law degree from George Washington University School of Law.
