Davis, Gilstrap, Hearn, Saladoff & Smith was founded in Ashland, Oregon in 1953. The firm conducts a broad and diverse regional practice in the northwestern United States representing a wide variety of clients ranging from individuals and closely held businesses to corporations and other business entities doing business internationally.
Davis, Gilstrap maintains a strong and unique tradition of public service and civic involvement and, as a result, many former and present members of the firm hold positions on the boards of charitable and civic institutions locally and nationally. Current members of the firm make substantial contributions of time and resources to pro bono representation and community service in Southern Oregon. Today, a former member, Daniel L. Harris, serves as a judge of the Circuit Court for the State of Oregon.
